How can I wake up feeling rested in the morning instead of dying to go back to sleep?

I try to eat lightly for dinner, I get around 7.5 hours of sleep and I always wake up hating it. Am I waking up in the wrong stage of sleep?

I do get enough sleep i sleep about 8 hours but i have trouble waking up quickly and sometimes i doze off in the shower and i take really long about 20 minutes. Whats something i can do to wake up quicker? Not even splashing myself with cold water works.
